In order to stream many types of media online you will need to download ActiveX for your Internet Explorer web browser. You simply need to locate a reliable version of ActiveX, download and install the plug-in and then start surfing the web. Your Internet Explorer web browser will automatically recognize that on a particular site ActiveX is required. It will launch it so that you can enjoy online games, video or whatever it is that you're trying to access.

- In your IE web browser, select "Internet Options" and then "Security."
- Select "Trusted Sites."
- Select "Sites."

- Right-click on "Internet Options."
- Select "OK" and then "Save" in order to finalize the process. Exit out of this window.
- Now visit the website that needed the ActiveX control. You should be prompted to begin downloading the ActiveX plug-in. Make sure you trust the ActiveX control and the website that you are visiting. If you do, then proceed with the download.
